And once again, she did not disappoint... Julie is truly at the top of her game. Her professionalism and knowledge of the entire car buying process is 2nd to none. The financing experience was equally as impressive. Options explained, questions answered in an easy to understand and friendly manner. GM is my largest customer, so it makes me happy that I can be "loyal to the brand". That said, the cost of purchasing and maintaining a car or truck is too expensive. My vehicle was not serviced on the date you indicate. In fact I have not had it there since early last year. It’s a shame because it has recalls and the sunroof was never replaced as promised. I refuse to bring it in because you refuse to schedule me a loaner. I mean how much money Dino need to spend to qualify because I sure saw others getting loaners and have personally talked to them.

Poor communication - promises made that weren't kept. Bought a brand new 2025 Chevy traverse High country and before we drove it home service lights were going off. Car was taken back to dealership because it was missing a part and we were told by numerous people this was a simple parts fix and would be done in 2-3 days. Car was returned on a Tuesday morning and was promised to be ready before the weekend. We received no updates on the status of the car and on Friday was the told the part never arrived. We followed up Monday morning and was told Monday afternoon it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday at 4pm. We had issues with our previous 2022 traverse but wanted to give Chevy another shot but we are greatly regretting our decision.

Samantha initially shot us a text about our appointment with her on Saturday, June 21 at 10 am. We sat down initially and talked to her about the vehicle we wanted. We went out on the lot and looked at several Chevrolet Equinox, which we wanted to purchase. Samantha showed us all the Equinox that were available for purchase. We took the Equinox we liked on a test drive. When we returned to the dealership we contacted Samantha and told her that was the Equinox we liked and wanted to purchase. She went over all the extra information and add on that are available for the Equinox. We decided to get the black bow tie, the rims dipped in black, and we also bought the clear coat for the paint and the interior. We also met with Mara Lee Golden and decided to get the extended warranty for the Equinox as well. The whole experience in purchasing this Equinox was very easy with all the help and questions that both Samantha and Mara Lee answered. They would not look at my fuel range. It’s not working correctly. All they had to do was drive it to see that it wasn’t working correctly and they would not accommodate me.

This is the second vehicle my husband and I have purchased from Ricart and we were beyond happy with the experience both times. The amount of work and effort they put in to make sure you don’t just get a car but one that you want at a price you feel confident in is beyond any dealership I have ever worked with. I was shopping around at different dealerships trying to find the best price, monthly payment and interest rate I could. In the end we went with Ricart as they were able to provide information that other dealerships just wouldn’t without us coming in to sit around while they worked on numbers. Shane Sutton was amazing to work with. He never made me feel pressured to buy a car but was very informative on every question I had. Other dealerships had their minds made up on what car THEY wanted me to buy while Shane wanted to make sure I had every feature I desired down to the color of the vehicle. Getting the paper work ready took a little longer than we anticipated but all in all we were start to finish in 3 hours. Pretty impressive timing when it comes to buying a car. Drew worked with us on final paperwork and did an amazing job as well. He wasn’t pushy but very informative on everything we signed. Sometimes in the final stages of buying a car you feel pressure to add things on to your monthly bill. I so appreciated that the option was there but it wasn’t being forced on us. Ricart and their employees have proven that they don’t just want to sell you a car one time, they want your business for life and that’s the kind of place that will keep us coming back for our car buying needs. Thank you Shane and drew for your professionalism and knowledge that made our car buying experience a positive one.

This is the third car I have leased from Ricart Chevrolet, and it is the second time I have worked with Julie Salamon. Julie assisted me in finding a car that met my needs, in my preferred color, and with the features that were important to me.

Everyone was very friendly and hospitable. All my needs were attended to.

I had a trailer hitch installed and was provided with an incorrect price for the installation at the end of the visit. I am still awaiting a copy of the updated invoice as of today even though discussing this issue with both a service department association and service department manager. The entire process has been very difficult and customer service has not been the main focus. I had to schedule two different appointments to have the trailer hitch installed and both times experienced issues. The final result the trailer hitch was installed without running the electrical components and I was charged full price for the installation ($180). After the fact, they stated that they billed this incorrectly and that in fact the cost would be $360 for installation. I was trying to establish myself as a new customer but will be going to another dealership at this point.

Ashley greeted us with enthusiasm. She immediately got the keys to the Corvette and was excited to let us check it out and drive it. She was also knowledgeable about the car. She really seems to enjoy her job.

We called to schedule a time to bring the car in. The scheduling service was awful. They couldn’t access our information, couldn’t answer questions about our coverage, and claimed there were no appointments to fix our tire until more than a week away. Once we gave up on thee people and called roadside service, our car was as towering and repaired within hours.

This was my first experience with Ricart. I was evaluating whether I would continue to bring my truck to this dealership. This is also the first Chevy I have owned. Megan did an outstanding job of helping address some warranty work which needed to be performed. The shuttle was very convenient. I eventually needed a loaner vehicle which was new and clean. They replaced 2 tire pressure sensors but after I picked it up the other 2 sensors came up as not working correctly. They should have checked all 4 so now I need to reschedule for another visit.

Although we went through three different sales people we ended up buying our vehicle from Samantha. She stayed in touch with us regularly until we were ready to purchase, came in on her day off so we could test drive the car we wanted and made the purchase experience very easy. She did all the legwork the day before so we were out the door in just over two hours vs. the normal four hour experience at any other dealership.

I took my 2021 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss in for the 45K Mile Service - included oil/filter, tire rotation, front differential, rear differential, transfer case, and transmission flush. They had my vehicle for approximately 90 minutes and charged me $527 in labor. While I understand there is a premium for having your vehicle serviced by the dealer, this is extremely excessive and unreasonable! When questioned, I was told "This is just how we price it." To make matters worse, they also charged me a 3% fee for using my credit card. Seriously?! ...Quality of service was good, but the cost was gouging.

First of all this is my 2 nd time returning for the same problems even tho I have called about them several times and was being told it was a phantom problem they would not be able to recreate this time I had picture and video proof but still said it’s an update which they did the first time and sent it back still doesn’t work correctly start super loud and smokes and I’m being told it’s normal no it’s not! Did my oil change tire rotation etc and never check my tire pressure even asked them to check it because my app said it wasn’t he said he did when it’s supposed to be at 41 pressure and I had 2 at 37 and 2 at 38????????

As always when I go to Ricart Chevrolet, I am always greeted and treated with respect. It does not matter whether it is Megan or Cody, in service, they always take great cate of me. I am in and out quickly and they explain the entire process with me. My entire family purchases and services our vehicles at Ricart.

No follow calls on order status. No phone calls from salesmnq - almost exclusively text messages even when I indicated I greatly preferred calls. Multiple truck issues upon delivery to dealer - 3 weeks of follow up only initiated by me. Parts initially not overnighted. No follow up from sales staff - told 3X that truck was ready (3rd time was actually ready). Rush job to show me how to use tech package. Hole in driver side pillar noticed on my way home - called sales person who was to "call me right back" to date - no call. Ordered part myself at other dealer on my dime. Front collison alert indicator now on and won't go off - who will take ownership of that - likely no one. Can I rate this less than 1 bec. that's what it is.
